Adrian Walker

Founder & Managing Partner

Adrian is the founder and managing partner at Telescopic Ventures. 

Prior to Telescopic, Adrian spent many years as an executive within various technology startups (Rippld, Senetur) within the Frontier Technology sector. Before that, he spent almost a decade working in the automotive and manufacturing arena for Ford Motor Company, leading programs in different countries around the world. Adrian is also a co-founder of the non-profit, Transparent Collective, which semi-annually brings 6-10 companies from around the U.S. with underrepresented founders to Silicon Valley to help them build investor relationships and raise seed funding. To date, the Transparent Collective has helped over forty companies with the nuances of navigating Silicon Valley, helping them raise over $30M in total (70% of the participants).  

Adrian holds a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Rohini Pandhi

principal

Rohini is a Principal at Telescopic Ventures and also a co-founder of the Transparent Collective. She's a passionate investor, product leader and startup advisor. She also currently holds the position of Product Lead at Square, a financial services and payments company based in San Francisco. Rohini is mainly responsible for conducting investment due diligence, increasing deal flow, as well as helping portfolio companies with strategic product advice.

Prior to these roles, she's had a plethora of experience building new products, developing new product lines for startups, and creating innovation strategies for larger corporations. 

She holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
